Description:

We [Company] are seeking a customer service representative that will oversee customer inquiries, needs and/or complaints. [Company] is looking for individuals that can process orders, handle complaints, and modifications through different mediums. We need a customer service representative that is friendly and can maintain composure when faced with difficult situations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and provide assistance if necessary
  • Uphold a professional attitude when dealing with customers at all times
  • Provide assistance to customers with inquiries, complaints etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • Process requests, forms, etc.
  • Oversee the customer service team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office
