At [Company] you will be input information in our databases and identify any errors and make corrections if necessary. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review process invoices for payout
  • Register invoices and file them accordingly
  • Identify any unpaid invoices or errors and notify each party
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure that all company data is backed up
  • Enter and update data into databases
  • Create spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Data entry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online forms
